Full-bodied red🇦🇺 Barossa Valley, Australia · Shiraz
Imperial and a little overripe, a hearty red from the colonial world. Its swagger matches the besieged Collector..

Fonseca Bin 27 Reserve Port
Fortified red🇵🇹 Douro, Portugal · Port blend
Rich, sweet and faintly decadent, the sort of thing a Victorian would pour while the cannon sounds. Pomp with dark humor.
The Mood
Victorian officials barricaded in a residency during the 1857 Indian uprising cling to their china and certainties as the walls close in. Booker-winning satire with real bite.
