Aphros Wine 'Phaunus' Vinhão Pét-Nat

Cloudy, magenta, and faintly feral, this pét-nat comes off looking like it started a party before you arrived. Vasco Croft's biodynamic vines outside Ponte de Lima give a Vinhão so bright with acid and wild berry it practically hums in the glass, its bubbles coarse and joyful rather than polished. Drink it slightly too cold, on a night that doesn't need to make sense yet.
