Jean-Paul Brun Terres Dorées FRV100

Its name is a pun (say "FRV100" aloud in French and it sounds like "effervescent"), and the wine inside is just as mischievous: a low-alcohol, gently sweet sparkling Gamay, the colour of crushed raspberries. It fizzes with wild strawberry and rose petal and tastes like a secret garden party. Nothing else in the cellar is quite like it, which is the whole point.
