Olivier Cousin Anjou Pur Breton

🇫🇷Anjou, Loire Valley, France · Cabernet Franc

Made by a vigneron who ploughs with horses and refuses the appellation system altogether, Pur Breton is a Cabernet Franc of pencil shavings, wet earth and red currant. It is a wine for fireside tales and forest paths, for those who still believe in the old woods. Slightly rustic, wholly alive.
