Domaine Marcel Richaud Cairanne Rouge

Warm stones, dried thyme and black cherry, a Rhône red that smells like late September and tastes like a long lunch under a plane tree. It is generous without being loud, sun-soaked but a little wistful. Pour it when the day has been too bright and the evening is finally cool.
