Tonight's bottle · Cool-climate, brooding, restrained red

Sandhi Pinot Noir

🇺🇸Santa Rita Hills, CA · Pinot Noir

Pale ruby, cool-climate restraint, a little coiled. Red fruit, chalky mineral, something withheld. Drinks like the moment before something terrible happens — beautiful and aware of itself.
