Tonight's bottle · Low Intervention / Old Braided Vines

Suertes del Marqués La Solana

🇪🇸Valle de la Orotava, Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain · Listán Negro

From ungrafted vines trained into long braids across volcanic terraces, La Solana is peppery, salt-flecked and taut as a wire. It drinks like a conversation where everyone is being very polite and nobody is telling the truth. Best with the curtains drawn and a plot thickening.
